Yes, it may be preseason, but this is the closest thing Suns fans will be getting to a regular season game until Tuesday night. Both teams are expected to use their starters as if it were a regular season game until the end of the third quarter. So, betting on tonight’s game can give you an idea of how the betting season might go.
So, What’s the Play?
I think the play is riding with the favorite Suns here. Despite not playing nearly as many minutes as they will tonight in the preseason, the Suns big three has looked amazing. I am fully expecting the Suns big three to combine for 60+ tonight against the Lakers. I have stated in previous articles that I love the Suns in the beginning of the year. Booker, Durant and Beal can all play 25 minutes tonight against the Lakers. Which is a problem for everyone in the league, not just the Lakers.
What About the Over/Under?
I would take the over for tonight’s game. Like I said, the Suns can carry any game into the over. This team is so good offensively they can average 130 points for a season. Not only the Suns, though, the Lakers also have the leading scorer of all time on their roster. Los Angeles has a great duo in Lebron and AD, who can carry this Lakers team well into the hundreds.
