The team takes on the Lakers in Palm Springs tomorrow night.
Los Angeles is likely to employ a similar strategy to the Suns as well.

The Suns’ final preseason matchup could turn into a star-studded battle between LeBron James and Anthony Davis vs. Kevin Durant, Devin Booker and Bradley Beal.
Not only do the two teams play tomorrow, they also play a week from tomorrow. This game will mark both of their second regular matchups.
They both open their seasons next Tuesday night (Oct. 24) on the road. The Suns will play against Golden State, and the Lakers against the Nuggets.
