According to the AZ Central article:

“Paul’s 7,452-square-foot former home was built in 2021 and has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and walls of windows overlooking Camelback Mountain.

The house’s primary suite includes a bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, a walk-in shower and lots of closet space. It also has a gourmet kitchen with a big center island, high ceilings, intricate moldings and a six-car garage. There’s a guest house on the property, too.”

Paul originally bought the home for around $7 million in 2021.

Paul was traded from the Suns to the Wizards in the Bradley Beal trade. He was later traded to the Warriors for a package that included Jordan Poole.

Last season with the Suns, the future Hall of Famer started in 59 games for Phoenix. The 38-year-old averaged 13.4 points, 8.9 assists and 1.5 steals during these games.

Paul’s three seasons with the Suns will be remembered forever, as he helped turn a franchise around from mediocrity to perennial Finals contenders once he stepped foot on the court.

Eventually, Paul could be considered a Ring of Honor member for the Suns’ franchise. For now, Paul officially gets ready for life after Phoenix.

The Suns will face off against Paul and the Warriors in their season opener on Oct. 24.
