The Dominican Republic born right hander tested positive for the performance enhancer boldenone.
In Cabrera’s most recent start, Friday Sept. 1st, he struck out nine hitters and threw five no hits innings.

Cabrera was signed to a minor league contract by the Diamondbacks on Sept. 24, 2021.
Thirteen players have been disciplined under the minor league program this year.
