The search for a new offensive coordinator has begun for the Arizona Cardinals.
After hiring defensive genius Jonathan Gannon as the new head coach, Michael Bidwill and the Cards have now shifted their focus to building a new and improved offense.
In what may be the first of many requests, Arizona has requested to interview Browns’ QB coach Drew Petzing, per NFL insider Ian Rapoport.

Petzing offers plenty of experience, having spent the last nine seasons as a coach on the offensive side of the NFL.
One of his roles included being the Minnesota Vikings’ offensive assistant coach in 2014 and their wide receivers coach in 2016.
Petzing would be the first offensive coordinator that the Cardinals have had since 2018, as they have stuck with former head coach Kliff Kingsbury to control the offense during his time with the team.
