This comes at an interesting time as the Suns are about to move forward to giving new owner Mat Ishbia the keys to the franchise as soon as Wednesday.

Earlier last month, Rowley told sources after a hit piece came out about him and ex-owner Robert Sarver claiming that they were at the center of allegations alluding to workplace misconduct that he would not be resigning anytime soon from his role with the organization.

Fast forward a month later and now he’s electing to resign from the team in an interesting move. However, this move brings a new fond culture change for the Suns now that Ishbia is expecting to take over soon. This is very good news for a team that is turning over a new leaf.
