After missing the last 21 games with a groin injury, Phoenix Suns star player Devin Booker is expected to make his return to the hardwood tomorrow night against the Brooklyn Nets according to the Suns.

Before the injury, Booker has been averaging all-star caliber numbers. He has 27.1 PPG, 4.6 RPG, and 5.6 APG while shooting 47% FG and 37% 3PT. His Estimated Plus-Minus on the season is tied for the best on the team with Cameron Johnson at +4.5 on the season.
The Suns hold a 29-26 record and are sitting in the 5th seed of the Western Conference standings while getting their best player back right before the All-Star break. This is also the first time since early November that the Suns starting five will all be healthy and playing together which is a scary sight for other NBA teams in the West.
The Suns are still without Cameron Payne (foot) and Landry Shamet (foot) as they’re both still nursing injuries but are both moving really well in a video posted by Duane Rankin of AZ Central.

Booker talked with reporters after practice and he seems very excited about his return to the court tomorrow.
“I’m looking forward to it a lot and I’m excited,” says Booker. “Just checking all the boxes more than last time. Getting a chance to get up and down. Guys sacrificing their game day time for us playing our 5 on 5 in Boston. You know just getting some real reps in of up and down full speed.”
Tip-off for tomorrow’s game is at 5:30 PM AZ time at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. It’s good to have Booker out on the floor in what should be an exciting game.
