PHOENIX — Coming off a momentous 135-127 win over the Utah Jazz, the Phoenix Suns face a new challenge, the third seeded Denver Nuggets. They will be without Kevin Durant (left ankle sprain) and Bradley Beal (left great toe soreness).
The Suns snapped a three-game losing streak against Utah behind Devin Booker’s dominant 47-point, 11-assists game and a Grayson Allen 3-pointer to send the game into overtime.
Phoenix (26-25) won just its second game of the season with Durant out of the lineup and hopes to topple a juggernaut in the Nuggets without its reinforcements.
