Cardinals rule out starting safety against Jets

The Arizona Cardinals will be without one of their key defenders this afternoon against Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets.

Arizona (5-4) ruled out starting safety Jalen Thompson 90 minutes prior to kickoff after he injured his ankle in practice last week. This means we could see more of rookie safety Dadrion “Rabbit” Taylor-Demerson today in the safety spot alongside Budda Baker.

Notably, new outside linebacker Baron Browning is active after being acquired by Arizona from the Denver Broncos earlier this week.
