Cardinals’ DC Nick Rallis commenting on Darius Robinson’s dedication:
Robinson was the first-round draft pick in 2024 for the Cardinals. Although personal matters and injuries played their part in his rookie year, Robinson has his eyes on breaking out. Cardinals DC Nick Rallis praised Robinson by mentioning, “he’s always in the D-Line room.” (Credit Bo Brack | PHNX)
“My office was in the D-line room, and it felt like his office too because he’s just always in there.”

People have been highlighting his size as well, as Robinson stands at 6’5 and 285 lbs. With the new additions of the Arizona defense, Robinson might get his opportunities as the eyes will most of the focus will be on newcomers Josh Sweat and Calais Campbell. Darius Robinson has also been holding his own so far this preseason and looked locked in this year during Cardinals training camp.

If Darius Robinson can turn into the player and first-round talent that the Cardinals drafted him to be, it could be even scarier for opposing offenses. Arizona’s defense was considered one of the worst in the NFL last season, and General Manager Monti Ossenfort has made it a priority to address it and build it up the right way. The Cardinals feel confident in their future and feel Robinson will have a bigger part in this picture and be a highlight name to watch out for during the 2025 NFL season.
