According to ESPN draft analysts Matt Miller and Jordan Reid, two teams have been linked to Tyson: the Baltimore Ravens and the Philadelphia Eagles. Both franchises are known for maximizing versatile offensive weapons, with Miller and Reid particularly identifying Tyson as a “name to watch” for the Eagles as they evaluate potential additions to bolster their group.

Tyson’s rise comes after an impressive collegiate career at ASU, developing into one of the Big 12’s most reliable playmakers. During his time with the Sun Devils, Tyson posted strong production and showcased a blend of route-running precision and big-play ability. In his final season in Tempe, he recorded 61 receptions for 711 receiving yards and eight touchdowns.
His 2024 season marked his breakout year, as he totaled 75 receptions for 1,101 yards and 10 touchdowns. The receiver’s ability to create separation and gain yards after the catch has made him a difficult matchup for opposing defenses and has enticed NFL teams.

Several analysts have projected Tyson as a potential first-round selection for this reason, citing the growing demand for polished receivers who can make a quick impact. The way he plays the game fits with modern NFL offenses that prioritize spacing and adaptability.
While questions remain about his health, including a lingering hamstring injury that kept him out for part of the 2025 season, his trajectory is trending upward at the right time. With the draft approaching, his name continues to gain momentum among front offices.

If selected in the first round, Tyson would become one of Arizona State’s highest-drafted receivers in recent years, marking another milestone not just for the former wide receiver but also for the program that helped develop him.
