According to Michael Voepel from ESPN, Bonner is set to sign with the team “in the coming days.” This comes after the two-time WNBA Champion was waived from the Indiana Fever on June 25. She only played in nine games while missing five games for personal reasons.

Bonner began her career with the Mercury and won two championships in the desert. She played in Connecticut from 2020 to 2024 before signing with the Fever earlier this year.
