Down 3-0, the Rebels looked to overcome the Hurricanes’ dominant defense to get themselves on the board. It wasn’t a flashy throw that got the score, but quick feet.
Quarterback Trinidad Chambliss gave the ball to running back Kewan Lacy for a 75-yard run, and State Farm Stadium exploded.

After not getting anything done in the first two drives of the game, Lacy ignited a fire in the Rebels’ faithful. It was as if a switch turned half of the stadium on as the play continued to leave a buzz throughout the crowd.
Miami takes the slight edge here at halftime against Ole Miss in the Fiesta Bowl, 17-13, but neither team has been able to go on a run to swing momentum completely in its favor.
