PHOENIX – The Phoenix Suns are rolling. Winners of five of its last six game, Phoenix finds itself a 6-5 and currently the seventh seed in the Western Conference A massive reason for the resurgence is the play of Suns superstar Devin Booker, who is averaging 28.4 points and 6.8 assist. The four-time All-Star leads the team in both categories, while shooting 39.7% from beyond the arc.

Despite the stellar numbers, Booker states he feels like he is playing the same as always. Despite all the new changes, with the coaching staff and the roster, Booker and his play remains the most consistent part of this franchise. Winning heals all, which was a challenge last year, but the Suns are starting the season earning tough victories and playing with purpose.

Booker has played in all 11 games this season and is the standard for Phoenix. His style of play and effort has infected his teammates, old and new, that has help head coach Jordan Ott install his system. The 29-year-old discussed that this team’s ball movement has made the offense hard to guard and is a massive improvement from previous teams.
