GLENDALE – The NFL approved earlier this offseason players being able to participate in the 2028 Los Angles Olympics for flag football. Pro Bowlers from around the league jumped to throw there name in the hat to represent USA. However, Arizona Cardinals Kyler Murray might’ve hinted that he wants to play for his grandmother’s home country of South Korea in the Summer games.

Murray went to Instagram to repost a mockup jersey of what South Korea’s uniform could look like for the 2028 Olympics, captioning the picture as “fresh as hell.”

During this offseason, Murray visited South Korea to run his football camp and become more connected to his family heritage. The 27-year-old took to social media to discuss the experience of visiting his family’s homeland.

“Two weeks in Korea, what an enriching experience, I’m grateful to learn more about part of my culture and history. Thank you for the unmatched hospitality, I will be back,” Murray said on X.

Murray would be 30 years old when the 2028 Olympic games would take place, and depending on his health, seems committed to taking part of striving to win gold. Team USA will be the clear cut favorite to take home the inaugural Gold medal for flag football, but that won’t stop Murray from representing his family’s heritage on a national stage.
