Pitching matchups:
The D-Backs are projected to roll out their big three for the first time in 2025. Corbin Burnes will take the reigns in today’s matchup, Zac Gallen will seemingly follow his lead in Wednesday’s meeting, with Merrill Kelly rounding it out in Thursday’s game. They are going to need all hands on deck, as this New York Yankees club just put up a total of 36 runs in their first three games of the season.

New York will be starting Will Warren on Tuesday’s matchup, projected behind him to start are pitchers Carlos Rodón and Carlos Carrasco. They are hoping for a bounce back season from Warren, and hopefully starting today, as his 2024 season wasn’t too pretty. Warren had a 10.32 ERA and ended up with an 0-3 record over seven games.
The D-Backs will be excited to see their bats stay alive in this stadium, whether it be the likes of stars Ketel Marte and Corbin Carroll, or clutch hitters such as Alek Thomas and Geraldo Perdomo. Waiting on the other side is a stacked Yankees lineup that spotlights their captain Aaron Judge. Judge last season hit 58 home runs along with 144 runs batted in last season, with a batting average of .322 in his MVP campaign.
