WATCH: Suns Mike Budenholzer praises Durant’s milestone, Bol’s big night

Phoenix Suns coach Mike Budenholzer spoke to the media after a 119-112 loss to the No. 2 seeded Memphis Grizzlies on a night where Kevin Durant made history becoming the eighth player to ever reach 30,000 career points.

Durant finished with 34 points on 12-of-18 shooting from the field and 3-of-4 on 3s. With 1:11 left in the third quarter, Durant hit a free throw to score his 26th point and join the elite group of players to reach the mark.

Fan-favorite Bol Bol also had a big game in his first start of the season. The six-year reserve finished with 18 points, 14 rebounds and four blocks in 30 minutes.
