Suns Report Card: Phoenix’s grades 30 games into the season

The Suns are now 30 games into the season and sit with a .500 record at 15-15. In an ultra competitive Western Conference, Phoenix finds themselves in 10th place, but only 2 games back in the loss column of the 5th place Clippers. Its far from where the team had hoped to be as they entered the season with championship aspirations but they have managed to navigate a turbulent start to the season and still remain in the mix.

Most of the Suns struggles this year can be attributed to the constant changes in rotations because of injuries. Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal have both missed 10 games already, while Grayson Allen and Jusuf Nurkić have missed 7. Injury problems have been the story of this Suns team over the last couple of years, as they have shown they have the talent to compete with anyone, but have a hard time getting everyone on the court at the same time.
