Cardinals vs. Seahawks – 3 Numbers To Know

Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!

The Arizona Cardinals are getting set for a critical divisional showdown on Sunday against the Seahawks. Seattle currently holds a one game lead in the division and already won the first matchup against the Cardinals 16-6. Here are the three numbers that you need to know ahead of the big showdown.

The first number is 65. Marvin Harrison Jr. has only eclipsed 65 receiving yards twice this season as his up-and-down rookie campaign continues. Arizona has lacked a real consistent deep threat and they need to find a way to get him going as they continue to make their playoff push. The second number is 100. In games this season where Arizona has managed to rush for at least 100 yards as a team, they are 5-3. In games where they haven’t, they are 1-3. In their last meeting against Seattle, Arizona only tallied 49 yards on the ground and that isn’t near enough against a rushing defense that ranked in the bottom half of the league, giving up 127 yards per game. The last number is 18. That’s the number of players that showed up on Seattle’s injury report. There are going to be second and third string guys all over the field for the Seahawks and the Cardinals need to do a good job of recognizing those matchups and take advantage of them.
