The Arizona Cardinals spectacular girls’ youth high school “Game of the Week” season shined a huge spotlight on 16 different girls’ flag football programs and showcased some of the best Arizona high school flag football players with the partnership of Arizona’s Family. The grit and hustle these ladies put out on the turf each week emphasize the greatness of girl-focused youth programs and the organization’s outstanding ability to use their platform beyond the field.

We are proud to have provided them the platform to feel seen and recognized for their prowess on the field. We couldn’t have done it without the help of the Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Interscholastic Association, and State Farm.”
Cardinals Owner Michael Bidwill and Head Coach Jonathan Gannon appeared at games of the week along with other special guests. The organization has set a priority to ensure that girl’s flag football has the support it needs to make an impact annually across the state and you can see this in the details with the creation of a variety of introductory programs, camps, showcases, tournaments, and equipment donations. There is no doubt the Cardinals set the standard high just take a look.

The Cardinals Girls High School Flag Football Game of the Week provides a way to showcase these tremendously talented female athletes and generates excitement and continued growth for this great sport. We are thankful for the partnership and support of the Cardinals, Arizona’s Family, and State Farm.”
Arizona is one of only 13 states to offer high school girls’ flag football today and just with the massive platform the NFL provides, now over 100 Arizona high schools offer girls flag football.
