The Cardinals picked up their fourth-straight win with the victory over New York and are now 6-4 on the year and in first place in the NFC West. As for Murray’s strong play, he said “it’s the best I’ve felt.” Â
This is the first NFC Offensive Player of the Week award for any Cardinals players since Murray won it in Week 2 of 2021.
Murray has now won six player of the week awards in his career (also won one during his rookie year of 2019 and three in 2020), breaking a tie with Patrick Peterson, Kurt Warner and Chandler Jones for the most in franchise history.
Murray is second in the NFL in quarterback rating on the year and has completed 191-of-276 (69.2%) passes for 2,058 yards, 12 touchdowns and three interceptions through 10 weeks. He has also ran 46 times for 371 yards and four touchdowns.
The Cardinals have a bye this week and then will return to action in Week 12 on the road against the Seattle Seahawks.
