Coach Mike Budenholzer said pregame that they wanted to see how the big man felt after his pre-game routine and then make a decision.
Nurkić has recorded three-straight double doubles, posting 15 points and 10 rebounds and hitting the game-winning free throw in Phoenix’s 114-113 victory over the Dallas Mavericks on Friday. He is averaging 11 points and 10.6 rebounds on the year, as the Suns (8-1) are currently riding a seven-game win streak.
Rookie Ryan Dunn (left ankle sprain) is officially active after missing Friday’s victory. He was probable coming into tonight.

Tonight’s game will be the first the Suns play without Kevin Durant after they announced yesterday he has a calf strain and will be re-evaluated in two weeks.
