The Cardinals lost their starting right tackle in the first quarter, as Jonah Williams suffered a knee injury on their second offensive drive of their game against the Buffalo Bills. Williams signed a two-year, $30 million free agent deal with Arizona to be their starting right tackle. He was their biggest addition on that front, with the idea to stabilize their offensive line and improve their pass protection. With left tackle D.J. Humphries released as a cap move, 2023 top pick Paris Johnson Jr. was moved to the other side of the line.

Beachum has plenty of experience, starting 48 games between 2020 and 2022 with Arizona. When the Cardinals drafted Johnson with their top draft selection in 2023, he became the main backup at right tackle. He started two games last season.

It will be unclear how long Williams will be out. Stay tuned for more updates.
