Chase Field to Host Exciting Themed Events During Weekend Series Against Miami Marlins

Chase Field promises an exciting weekend as the Arizona Diamondbacks face off against the Miami Marlins. On Saturday night, the first 20,000 fans through the gates will receive a Sedona Red Replica Alternate Jersey, courtesy of Avnet.

Friday evening will showcase a celebration of Greek culture, presented by the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral of Phoenix. Renowned for organizing the Original Phoenix Greek Festival each October, the group will offer fans a taste of the festival with pregame performances and exhibits throughout the ballpark.

Fans can enjoy the entertainment at no additional cost or choose to purchase a special ticket package that includes a limited-edition D-backs Greek Heritage hat, available at dbacks.com/Greek.

Saturday’s game continues the cultural celebrations with Chinese Heritage Night, part of the Diamondbacks’ Asian Heritage Celebration series.

The event will showcase performances and exhibits that honor Chinese culture, featuring contributions from the Contemporary Chinese School of Arizona, ASU School of International Letters and Cultures, and TwinTygr Films.

Last season, the Diamondbacks went 2-4 against the Miami Marlins. Zac Gallen, who will start the series opener for Arizona, pitched 13.1 innings against Miami, allowing just one earned run across his two starts in 2023.
