The Sabercats (26-3) have continued their reign and are now up to 17 wins in a row.
Saguaro’s superstar left-handed pitcher/first baseman/outfielder and LSU commit Cam Caminiti pitched for all seven innings and did what he’s done throughout his entire baseball career.
Caminiti finished the game with a dominating 17 strikeouts while allowing just two hits and one run. He is now 8-0 in starts this season and is the team’s hit and pitching leader through 29 games.

Caminiti is already highly scouted by the MLB and sits as one of the top-ranked prospects in the nation.
Saguaro now advances to the semifinals and will look to get back to the 4A Championship game, where they fell short to Canyon del Oro a year ago.
They will face the winner between Salpointe Catholic and Flagstaff this Saturday. The Sabercats could be in for a championship rematch with Canyon del Oro.
