The Arizona Wildcats (24-6, 15-4) have clinched the top spot in the Pac-12 following another successful regular season. This is their second time in the last three seasons finishing atop the conference.

The Wildcats swept Arizona State in a dominating fashion this regular season, outscoring the Sun Devils 190-127 through two games played. The Sun Devils (14-16, 8-11) have been unable to consistently shoot the basketball all season long.

While Arizona has had the Sun Devils’ number for years now, this has not stopped the rivalry from continuing to grow.
The student section and fans of the schools were critical in each of the two Territorial Cup Matchups this season. Players have also shown immense passion for the rivalry between the two Arizona schools.

Each team has just one regular season game remaining before the Pac-12 Tournament, which will take place from March 13-16 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
Arizona State has not played to its full potential this season and would like to have multiple losses back. However, they are still presented with an opportunity to put that disappointing regular season behind them.
A deep run in the conference tournament could help the Sun Devils pick up some much-needed momentum heading into the Big 12 next season.
