Including Taurasi, there are seven previous Olympic winners on the team.
The Tournament is another way to evaluate players before putting together the final roster for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Mercury represented
Both Taurasi and Mercury’s Brittney Griner participated in the National Team’s minicamp. Although, Griner was not invited to be a part of this team.
However, it is worth noting that this does not mean the star won’t be on the USA’s final Olympic summer roster.
