The Basha Bears (16-5) will travel to face the Brophy College Prep Broncos (12-9) on Friday, Jan 26 @ 7 p.m. MST.

After starting the season 9-1, the Bears had a rough three-game losing streak in The Damien Classic against California teams.
They have now put it back together and won five straight games. Included in the five, Basha previously defeated the Broncos 68-56 just two weeks ago.

The team is coming off a season where they lost just five total games and were knocked out in the final four of the open division playoffs. Currently ranked No. 8 in the state according to MaxPreps, Basha will now look to end the season off strong and make a championship like they’ve been focused on all season long.
Broncos Coming Off Incredible Victory
Brophy College Prep has been inconsistent this season but is coming off its most impressive win. Last week, the Broncos upset the Perry Pumas, who are currently the top-ranked team in Arizona and reigning state champions.

They are now the No. 9 ranked team in the state and have proven to be serious contenders.
There are just four regular season games left for the Broncos. The team will attempt to build on their momentum and keep it rolling for a potiential deep playoff run.
