Suns; coach Frank Vogel added that Durant did participate in the team’s shootaround this morning, but still felt the effects of the injury, so he would not be able to go tonight. His details on Durant’s injury were that it was a strain and that it was day-to-day.

Durant was originally listed as questionable with the hamstring injury, and it was changed from soreness to a strain leading up to this game.
Yesterday, Vogel said that Durant did some non-contact work and worked with trainers during the team’s practice.
Gordon was declared a game-time decision for a similar injury a couple of games ago, and he ended up playing. Tonight, that will not be the case after Gordon posted 16 points and five rebounds in the Suns’ loss Wednesday.
As for Little, he has been dealing with tendinitis in his knee that has occasional flare-ups, so he has been in and out of being available for games for the past week and a half. Little has not logged any minutes since the Suns’ Dec. 27 victory over the Houston Rockets.
The Suns (18-16) are looking to bounce back from Wednesday’s 131-122 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers. This game snapped Phoenix’s four-game winning streak.
Caleb Martin (right ankle sprain), Haywood Highsmith (concussion protocol) and Dru Smith (right knee surgery) are also out for Miami.
Tonight’s game tips off at 7 p.m. MST at Footprint Center.
