It was a bit closer than it should have been, but the Phoenix Suns remained undefeated against the Golden State Warriors this season with a 119-116 win.

Besides a little run by the Warriors in the 2nd quarter, which led to them grabbing an 11-point lead, neither team managed to pull away to any meaningful full lead for the majority of the night.

Entering the 4th quarter, the Suns held a 1-point lead, which has always been a scare for fans as Phoenix has struggled in the final 12-minutes all season long.

However, this, at least for the first 10 minutes of the 4th quarter, was not the case.

Led by Devin Booker, who knocked down some clutch threes, the Suns grabbed a 10-point advantage with just 2 minutes left.

While some ugly turnovers brought the Warriors right back into it, as they cut down the lead to one, the Suns managed to narrowly close out a win.

Devin Booker ended the night with 32 points. Phoenix also held a +15 advantage when Booker was on the court.

Every player on the Suns starting lineup had at least 10 points.

Meanwhile, it was almost the exact opposite for the Warriors, as, besides Steph Curry, it was their bench keeping them in the game.

Draymond Green (ejected in the 3rd quarter), Kevon Looney, Klay Thompson, and Andrew Wiggins combined for just 12 points.

Golden State received 80 points from their bench, which broke a season high among any team in the NBA.

The Suns will now have to refresh quickly as they take on the Brooklyn Nets tomorrow night at 7 p.m.
