Draymond Green ejected in 3rd quarter after hitting Jusuf Nurkic

In the 3rd quarter of the Suns Tuesday night meeting with the Warriors, Draymond Green was ejected after he threw a punch at Jusuf Nurkic.

Whether it was intentional or not, making contact with an opposing player’s face like this will almost always result in a Flagrant 2 being called.

This was the Warriors’ second ejection against the Suns this season, with the 1st coming from Chris Paul less than a month ago.

Before leaving the game, Green had two points, two rebounds, and two assists.

Draymond will now have to wait for the league ruling on whether the foul deserves a suspension.

At the time of the ejection, the Suns trailed the Warriors by six points.
