Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe! In the home debut of Bradley Beal and fourth straight missed game by Devin Booker (right calf tightness), the Suns got out to a really hot start and carried it through three quarters. Once up 14, a 19-2 run by the Lakers got them right back into it at the beginning of the fourth and proved insurmountable for the Suns to come fully back from. Cam Reddish hit four threes during this time for LA.
“We had to get to their shooters better than we were,” Vogel said. “I mean they’re not a great three-point shooting team, but they got guys that are capable that showed it tonight.”
Kevin Durant had 38 points, nine rebounds and five assists for the Suns. Bradley Beal had 24 points, four rebounds, two assists and two steals for Phoenix in his home debut.
The Suns now have dropped their last three home games. Phoenix next plays the Oklahoma City Thunder at home on Sunday night.
