Nyarko, a 6-8 Power Forward, only spent one year for the Toreros and only played more than 15 minutes once against San Diego Christian. He averaged less than 10 minutes a game for San Diego.
Nyarko was originally a three-star recruit out of Sierra Canyon High School in California. He was the 68th-ranked Power Forward in the class of 2022.
He will join a now-loaded Arizona State lineup and will most likely fill in as a role Power Forward behind Alonzo Gaffney and Kamari Lands. This is the second transfer in the past two weeks for Bobby Hurley, as Jose Perez also joined ASU.
