Game one of the World Series is tonight and the Arizona Diamondbacks are on the road to start the series in Texas. In a series of underdogs, the Diamondbacks look to prove everyone wrong, and Texas is trying to win their first title. So we’re going to take a look at what DraftKings has to offer for tonight’s game.

Heading into game one the Rangers are the favorites with a money line set at -162. The public seems to also agree with the Rangers winning tonight’s game outright. 57% of bets have been placed on the Rangers to take game one. The Arizona Diamondbacks have a money line of +136, which has also received 43% of bets. Arizona played really good baseball in the NLCS, taking four of the last five games. Zac Gallen is on the hill for the snakes, and he pitched well against the Rangers in August. With that being said, I like the Diamondbacks in game one. Arizona just took two on the road in a hostile environment.
Pitcher Props
Tonight’s pitching matchup is geared to be a good one. Eovaldi who has thrown exceptionally well in the playoffs is on the bump for the Rangers. Gallen is the starter for the Diamondbacks who got knocked around a bit by the Phillies in the NLCS. Arizona is facing another power filled lineup in the Rangers this series. I like Zac Gallen to go over 4.5 strikeouts. The last time Gallen faced this lineup he punched out 11 hitters in six innings of work. Gallen also has an outs recorded line set at 15.5 which I love. If Zac Gallen is throwing well tonight, he’ll go into the fifth.
Hitter Props
Ketel Marte has a total bases line set at 1.5 which is +120, and I love it. Marte has been an absolute wagon in the playoffs. He is having a historic playoff run and also just won the NLCS MVP. The Diamondbacks second baseman is a problem at the plate and causes havoc on the base path. I also love Lourdes Gurriel Jr to go over on 1.5 total bases. Gurriel Jr had some big league at bats in the NLCS, so I expect him to be a big factor in this World Series.
