With Week One approaching, the signs strongly point toward the Cardinals handing over the football to Joshua Dobbs.
Last year with the Titans, Dobbs started two games in which he averaged 205.5 passing yards and tossed two touchdowns.
The Cardinals remain the only team that has not declared an official starting quarterback for this season.
