Class of 2024 four-star G Del Jones includes ASU in top eight schools

AZ Compass prep guard Del Jones, a four-star recruit in the class of 2024, reportedly included the Sun Devils in his top-8 schools. Jones is a 6-foot-2, 180-pound point guard originally from Arlington, VA. Alongside ASU on his list were Clemson, Ole Miss, Oregon, Providence, Tennessee, Texas A&M and West Virginia. Jones is currently averaging 10.8 points, 4.5 assists and 3.5 rebounds per game for Team Durant on the EYBL Circuit.

Jones is a consensus top-15 point guard in his class. He plays a lot of downhill basketball, attacking the rim aggressively with his shot or kicking it out to his teammates, and he is a good on-ball defender. He will play his senior year at AZ Compass Prep after originally playing for Huntington Preep (WV). See his highlights below:

Arizona State has been in contact with a stock riser in class of 2024 four-star center Khaman Maker from SFBA Trinity Prep (Nevada). Maker is over 7-foot tall and 215 pounds and won the Grind Session Defensive Player of the Year. ASU has been in talks with Maker for a long time.

Check out Maker’s absurd highlight reel here:

Arizona State offered class of 2026 five-star forward TJ Crumble from Lutheran East (OH). Crumble is 6-foot-8, 205 pounds and is one of the best players already in his class, as he holds a number of Division I offers.
