Monty Williams Walks OUT of Press Conference After Suns Loss to Lakers

It was a very big game for both the Suns and the Lakers tonight at Arena as the Lakers took the win tonight by a final score of 122 to 111. Devin Booker had a great game tonight scoring 33 points on 11-16 shooting and Chris Paul right behind him scored 18 points on 8-17 shooting.

The biggest thing that was taken from the game, unfortunately, came after the game when head coach Monty Williams appeared to not be too happy again about the lack of foul calls for the Suns and the amount the opposition got.

It takes a lot to get Williams frustrated let alone to leave a press conference midway. A similar moment came last week in a loss to the Milwaukee Bucks when the Suns only shot 16 free throws and Giannis Antetokoumpo alone shot 24 free throws.

This has been a common thing this season for the Suns and Williams has gotten to his breaking point it seems like when it comes to calls going his team’s way.

Suns Fail in Comeback to Lakers

It seems like these are going to continue to be a theme for the Suns since it’s been this way all season long. They’re going to have to find a way to force the refs’ hands or find other ways to win close back-and-forth games.
