Phoenix Suns vs. OKC Thunder Game Preview, Odds, and Predictions

© Mark J. Rebilas- USA TODAY Sports

The Phoenix Suns got back in the win column in a major way against the Orlando Magic by a final score of 116-113. Now, they’re looking to make it two in a row against the Oklahoma City Thunder who are still fighting and trying to get a play-in spot this season.

The Suns will be without Deandre Ayton however, who is battling a right hip contusion injury that he suffered in the win against the Magic. They will be getting back role player Landry Shamet who has been out over the last 2 months of the season with a foot injury.

As for the Thunder, they will be healthy going into this lineup and will be getting back Shai Gilgeous-Alexander who didn’t play against the Suns in their previous meeting. The Thunder are coming off of a loss against the Toronto Raptors and are currently the 9th seed in the western conference.

Odds For The Game:

Against The Spread: The Thunder are favored at -1

Moneyline: Oklahoma City -116, Phoenix -104

Over/Under: 235.5

Predictions:

Thunder 112, Suns 101

I would say pick the Thunder -1 in this game as it is going to be a tough game for the Suns to win with both Kevin Durant and Deandre Ayton out. The Suns are losing two of their top three scoring players in this matchup and they’re going against a top 5 offense that is playing on their home floor.

Suns without Deandre Ayton against Thunder

The tip-off for tomorrow’s game is at 12:30 AZ Time. Let’s hope the Suns can get an upset win tomorrow without some of their key players being on the floor.
