It looks as if Booker says, “That’s a CHARGE”.
Luka then ran full speed at Booker as if he wanted to fight, however he just smiled in his face as the two locked arms in a shoving match.

History Between Booker and Luka
Luka and Booker has met many times before this, and it is always in high pressure games.
Booker and Luka both have a lot of pride as players. Doncic is one who usually flops and cries to the ref in order to get calls, as all NBA stars do these days.
It appears today after dozens of touch fouls and bad calls, the energy got to each of them. These teams are called a rivalry since the playoff match-up last season that ended up going 7 games.
Who knows how serious this is as both players seemed to be laughing like little girls as they tussled. One thing for sure though, things got feisty between these two and this energy will be there at the tip off the next time these teams face off.
