Sunday night the Arizona Coyotes took on the Philadelphia Flyers. The game was tied 4 different times through out regulation and ended up going to overtime. Allowing Clayton Keller to score not only the game winning goal, also giving him his third goal of the night, a hat trick.

Clayton Keller Started and Finished the Game

Clayton Keller not only scored the first goal of the game, he also scored the last score of the game. Also scoring one goal in the second period.

This is the first hat trick for the Coyotes this season. After having two last season.

The moment had a little extra special touch on it, as Keller became the first player in Mullett Arena to have a hat trick in a NHL game.

Fans did not shy away from showering Keller with love, both in the Arena and on social media.

Game Winner

The beauty of the hat trick was the level of competitiveness this game had through and through. Being tied four times and going into overtime means every one of his goals meant a little more.

Getting a hat trick and hitting a game winning goal is something special.

Fans showered the ice with hats, as his team mates surrounding him with love.

First Hat Trick of his Young Career

Clayton Keller notched his first hat trick in his young career. The 24 year old has been an elite prospect for the past few seasons.

This season he has been given a chance to show what he can do on the ice in a NHL environment. Keller has “superstar” written all over his game.

Last night was one to remember, as well as a sign of things to come.
