PHOENIX — Phoenix Suns star Kevin Durant spoke to the media after a deflating 116-98 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Durant was nearly the only bright spot for Phoenix, scoring 26 points on 10-of-23 shooting from the field and adding 10 rebounds and four assists. He was the only Sun to score above 20 points.
The 36-year-old star was “embarrassed” after Anthony Edwards’ 44 points led the Timberwolves to victory, pushing Phoenix further from that final play-in spot in the Western Conference.
