The Phoenix Suns will be facing the Golden State Warriors on Saturday in a clash of two Pacific Division foes, but Golden State could be without a superstar as they look to break their two-game losing streak.

“He’s been banged up the last week as his knees have been bothering him,” Kerr said regarding his star point guard. “Hopefully gives Steph the time he needs the next couple of days to get ready for our road trip… I do think he’ll be ready for Saturday.”

Curry is averaging 22.4 points, 6.5 assists, 5.0 rebounds and shooting 47.5%. When the Warriors have been without Curry this year, they found a way to win all three games.

Both the Suns and the Warriors lost on Wednesday and will be hungry for a win, especially with Steph’s expected return. For the first time this season, both teams will face-off at 7 p.m. MST inside Footprint Center.
