Speaking to the media after Day 3 of preseason training camp, Arizona State quarterback Jeff Sims is excited for the new opportunity he has with the Sun Devils after transferring from Nebraska, working with the coaching staff and building a camaraderie with the other QBs.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!After three seasons at Georgetown and last year at Nebraska, Sims will look to earn the Sun Devils’ starting quarterback role over Trenton Bourguet and Michigan State transfer Sam Leavitt. Sims started in two of the five games he played last season, completing 28-of-47 passes (59.6%) for 282 yards and connecting on one touchdown.
