In the Reno Aces’ 8-2 win over the Oklahoma Baseball Club, Deyvison De Los Santos drove in all eight runs for the Aces. It took him just five innings to do so.

De Los Santos got things going with a base hit in the 2nd inning to drive in Pavin Smith. He then hammered a three-run home run in the 4th inning. And in the 5th, he upped that homer with a grand slam.

Since joining the Aces in mid-May, the 21-year-old is hitting .319 across 37 games. He has 11 home runs this season with the Aces and an additional 14 with the Sod Poodles in Double-A.

While his experience in Triple-A is limited, as he has played just over a month, De Los Santos has done everything he can to prove he deserves a chance on the Diamondbacks’ roster. Over the last 90 days, the first baseman has a .342 batting average, a 1.051 OPS, has hit 25 home runs, and driven in 74 runs.

De Los Santos is currently ranked as the Diamondbacks’ #14 prospect on MLB Pipeline’s list, but he is quickly climbing the ranks.
