Gannon gets another NFL coaching job:
Gannon has been coaching in the league since 2007 with the Atlanta Falcons. He would work with the St. Lous Rams, Tennessee Titans and Minnesota Vikings with small assistant coaching jobs, until 2018 where he got his biggest opportunity as the cornerbacks coach with the Indianapolis Colts. His three seasons did wonders, and opened the door for his first DC job with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Gannon had a connection with new Eagles coach, Nick Sirianni because he the Colts offensive coordinator, playing a big part in giving him the opportunity to call the defense. In his two seasons, Gannon turned the 20th scoring defense into eighth and helped bring Philadelphia to the Super Bowl in 2022.
Despite falling short, the Cardinals saw enough to give Gannon a chance to lead the franchise. He would go 15-36 in three seasons in Arizona, and struggled to turn the team around. Gannon is a talented defensive mind, but he’ll have tough shoes to follow in Hafley, who led Green Bay to the 11th in points allowed.
