ASU is targeting two wide receivers — Reed Harris and Omarion Miller — but now it also looking at running back David Avit and defensive back Lyrik Rawls. Avit, a star player at Villanova for two seasons, posted a photo of himself via X visiting Arizona State on Friday. He rushed for 923 yards and nine touchdowns as a freshman, while totaling 687 yards rushing with six scores in 10 games as a sophomore. The 6-foot, 225-pounder would be a great pick up to replace Raleek Brown, a 1,000+ yard rusher for ASU, who entered the transfer portal. Avit has five 100-yard rushing games in his career, including three in 2025.
