According to ESPN insider Shams Charania, Paul will end his career with the Los Angeles Clippers as a 12-time All-Star.
The 40-year-old guard is remembered fondly in Phoenix for helping elevate a young Suns core to the 2021 NBA Finals. After a decade-long playoff drought, Paul’s leadership during that run helped solidify stars such as Devin Booker.

Phoenix was so lucky to have him, and I’m so glad I worked for the Suns when he was on the team.
One of the greatest. https://t.co/70a95h8VYi pic.twitter.com/yZ0e1qs3Vo

I know he only played one season as part of Thunder, but his impact on Oklahoma and hoops becoming entrenched here cannot be overstated. His tenure as part of Katrina era Hornets and that Bubble year for OKC were immensely important. Dude needs a permanent OKC recognition. https://t.co/nIA4AloVaJ pic.twitter.com/sBEkXvWcdt
