What is the Arizona High School Sports Awards?
“The Arizona High School Sports Awards is an athletic recognition program honoring the state of Arizona’s top-performing athletes, coaches and teams,” the official website said. “The nine-month program, selecting and announcing nominees each season, culminates in an in-person awards show where winners are announced and special awards are given.”

In high school, Wilson played at Chaminade College Prep in Los Angeles before committing to play at Stanford. The 25-year-old excelled with the program and continued to be a Cardinal when he was drafted 94th overall by Arizona general manager Monti Ossenfort.
In his first two seasons with the franchise, Wilson had back-to-back 500+ yard seasons, growing as a viable third option for quarterback Kyler Murray. The Cardinals wide receiver continues to grow his roots in the Valley, participating as a guest speaker for the Arizona High School Sports Awards next month.
