It’s the time of the year again where NBA fans can vote their favorite players into the NBA All-Star game. Fan-voting is responsible for 50% of a player’s voting into the coveted game.

Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!

Here’s how you can vote for Phoenix Suns players to make it to the Chase Center in San Francisco, California to play into the 74th All-Star game.

How to vote

Fans must first have/create an NBA ID to vote for players on the NBA App or NBA.com. You can go to nba.com/id to create yours. After you create your ID, you’re ready to go vote!

Next, you can either continue on the NBA App or NBA website and navigate to the voting section, or, if you want to vote directly through the Suns, visit Suns.com/AllStar25 to get a head start on voting for players in the Valley.

You can vote for two backcourt (guards) players and three players in the frontcourt (forwards/centers). Ballots are limited to once per day with up to 10 players available to vote for (five Western Conference starters and five Eastern Conference starters).

The NBA will have occasional 3-for-1 days were votes on your ballots count as triple the regular votes. If you are voting from the United States or Canada, you have a chance to win a trip to 2025 NBA All-Star Weekend!

Who to vote for

Diehard Phoenix fans will likely fill their West ballots with five Suns players. And while you are free to do so, here is which Suns players deserve a trip to the Bay this season.

Kevin Durant (F)

As if it were ever a question, before Kevin Durant went down with a calf injury early in the season, the 14-time All-Star was a prominent figure in MVP conversations. The Suns were 8-1 and being led consistently by Durant.

Phoenix posts a 13-2 record when Durant is in the lineup this season and is 1-9 without him. Pretty stark difference when the forward is playing.

Here are Durant’s stats in his 17th season:

  • 25.7 pts, 6.5 reb, 3.7 ast, 1.3 blk, 0.6 stl
  • 51.9% FG, 41.3% 3-PT, 82.0% FT, 59.1% eFG
  • 35.6 mpg, 15 gp

Devin Booker (G)

Through the ups and downs of this early season, Devin Booker has been there through it all. Playing in all 25 games, Booker has mirrored the team’s promising highs and ominous lows. And yet, the four-time All-Star has a strong case to make his fifth.

After being arguably the most impactful all-around player at the Paris Olympics for Team USA, Booker came into his 10th season with the same mindset, but being tasked to be a first or second option on a nightly basis. The Kentucky guard is posting some of his lowest usage and shooting percentages since his first few season in the league but has since improved as the Suns got healthier.

Here are Booker’s stats in his 10th season:

  • 25.4 pts, 3.7 reb, 6.4 ast, 0.4 blk, 1.1 stl
  • 43.7% FG, 35.0% 3-PT, 90.0% FT, 51.2% eFG
  • 37.0 mpg, 25 gp

Voting for All-Stars start today and will conclude on Monday, Jan. 20 at 11:59 p.m. ET. 2025 NBA All-Star weekend takes place Feb. 14-16 in San Francisco, California.

The weekend will feature the NBA Celebrity Game and Rising Stars even on Friday, the Skills Challenge, 3-Point Contest and Dunk Contest on All-Star Saturday night, and the newly-formatted All-Star game/tournament on Sunday night including three teams of 24 NBA All-Stars and the winning team of the Rising Stars event.
