Phoenix Suns star guard Bradley Beal officially remains questionable for tomorrow’s matchup against the Portland Trail Blazers.

Beal has been questionable for each of Phoenix’s (4-1) last three games, missing two of them, including last night’s 125-119 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers.

Notably, his injury designation has been changed to “right elbow sprain” rather than the previous listing of “right elbow soreness” for the last few games.

Coach Mike Budenholzer said at practice today that he would guess Beal would be questionable again, adding that Beal did some shooting during what was a very light practice.

“We’ll just read how he feels in the morning, read how he feels going into the game,” Budenholzer said.

Beal is averaging 18.0 points on 50% shooting, 4.7 assists, 2.3 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game in the three games he has played this season. He missed 29 games last year due to injuries.

Rookie Ryan Dunn has started and excelled in the two games Beal has missed, including recording a career-high 16 points in yesterday’s win.

Josh Okogie not listed on injury report

Suns G/F Josh Okogie, who has missed the entire season with a right hamstring strain suffered in the preseason, is not on the injury report and presumably good to go for tomorrow’s game. Okogie averaged 4.6 points across 60 games for Phoenix last season and re-signed with the Suns in the offseason on a reported two-year, $16 million contract.

Two-way players Collin Gillespie, Jalen Bridges and TyTy Washington Jr. are all listed as out for being with the G League team.

The Blazers (2-3) will not release their injury report until tomorrow, as they are playing the Oklahoma City Thunder at home tonight.

Tomorrow’s game against Portland tips off shortly after 7 p.m. MST at Footprint Center.

What did we learn from Suns clawing back from massive deficit, beating Clippers?
